We are proud to have an exceptional group of dental professionals on our staff. Here is a brief introduction to each of the smiling faces you will see when you visit our practice.

Our Dental Assistants

Our Dental Assistants work closely with Dr's Failla and DeFrancesco to help prepare patients before a procedure, provide an extra set of hands, and help give patient instructions afterwards.

Dianne McHale has been with us for more than 20 years. She graduated from Middlesex Community College with an Associates degree in Science and is certified in Radiology. She is quite familiar with all areas of the office and you may see her at the front desk from time to time.

Lori Falter has over nineteen years of experience as a dental assistant and has been with our office for eleven years. Lori studied radiology and infection control at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and takes continuing education courses yearly to stay abreast of new technology.

Jennifer Gardner, a graduate of the Minuteman Arts and Sciences Dental Assistant Program, is also certified in Radiology and Infection Control. She is here to ensure that everything goes smoothly and is more than happy to answer any questions you may have.

Kristen Stewart, has over 10 years experience and graduated from Minuteman Regional Technical High School with a degree in Arts and Sciences. She is certified in Radiology and Infection Control.

Our Dental Hygienists:

Our dental hygienists are specially trained and licensed in preventative dental care. Our hygienists are here to help you develop and maintain good oral health.

Jane Mula has been with us for more than 30 years! She is licensed in the administration of local anesthesia.  She has watched the practice (and many of our younger patients) grow over the years. Her friendly, outgoing, manner and experience make her a valued member of our team.

Sharon Gallant is another valued member of our team. Sharon has been working as a Hygienist in our office since 1989. She is licensed in the administration of local anesthesia, and prides herself on her gentle touch. She is here to ensure that you understand and appreciate the benefits of good oral health.

Katie Donahue, a graduate of Forsyth School for Dental Hygienists, has been practicing with us for five years. She is licensed in the administration of local anesthesia and enjoys seeing many different types of patients, from children to adults.

Lindsey Boudrot is the newest addition to our team of hygienists. She is also licensed in the administration of local anesthesia.

Deborah Lindberg has over 15 years experience in dental hygiene, including working closely with a periodontist for over 10 years.  She completed her Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene Science from Northeastern University in 2000 and has been with us on Saturdays since 2005.

Our Front Office:

Dee Shea has been with us for over twenty years and is quite skilled in all office duties. She came to our office with more than ten years of experience in all phases of dentistry. She is determined to help make your care as affordable as possible, from proactively handling insurance issues, to offering 12 month interest free financing. As a side note, Dee has been a patient of this office for more than forty-one years!

Susan Gardner is here to welcome our new patients, help you to make and keep your dental appointments, maintain your dental records, and help with insurance billing. She has been with our office for thirteen years and can help you with any questions you may have about billing and insurance.
